How to edit a template?

You can directly edit templates created by you but not those shared with you.

  • To edit your own template:
    1. Go to Manage>Templates.
    2. Open the template you would like to edit. You can then change the content of the template in the same way you do to an entry.

  • To edit a shared template:
    1. Go to Notebook
    2. Click on +Add at the top panel and select Use template.
    3. In the lightbox named Select Project, pick a group project in which you may use this template.
    4. Confirm by clicking Select Project at the bottom right corner.
    5. In the lightbox named Use template, select the template you want to edit.
    6. Confirm by clicking Use template at the bottom right corner.
    7. An entry will be created with the template as its content. You will be the author and can now edit the template.
    8. To save this entry as a new template:
      1. Click on the gearwheel on its top-right corner.
      2. Select Save as template in the dropdown menu.
      3. In the pop-up window, give the template a name and choose a folder where it will locate.
      4. Confirm to create this template by clicking Save as new template.
