How to add members to subgroups?

  1. Navigate to Manage>Groups.
  2. Open the group you wish to modify.
  3. Click +Add and select Invite user from the dropdown menu. If the user is already a part of the group and you would like to move them into a subgroup, you may drag and drop the user between subgroups instead.
    • If the user is already a member of the group but, you would like to authorize the user in multiple groups, type in the user’s name and select the respective subgroup in the list.
    • If the user is not a member of the group yet, type in the users’s email address followed by choosing the respective subgroup in the list.
  4. Confirm by clicking Invite.
